General Fusion SPAC Deal Clears SEC Review

General Fusion's joint F-4 registration statement for its business combination with Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. III was declared effective by the SEC on June 12, 2026. Spring Valley set a July 6, 2026 shareholder meeting date. The deal would make General Fusion the first publicly traded pure-play fusion energy company.
