Supermarket giant Tesco sues VMware for breach of contract

Tesco sued Broadcom for breach of contract over VMware licenses, naming Computacenter as co-defendant. The supermarket claims Broadcom demands excessive prices for subscription software it already owns perpetual licenses for, and that the dispute threatens its ability to supply groceries.
