Flow Engineering Raises $50M at $750M Valuation

Flow Engineering, a San Francisco startup selling AI agents that align CAD drawings with product requirements and simulation results, raised a $50 million Series B at a $750 million valuation. Valar Equity Partners and Atreides Management co-led, with Sequoia Capital and former Sequoia partner Roelof Botha joining. Botha also joined Flow's board. Customers include Anduril, Rivian, Joby Aviation, General Motors PPU, RV Tech and Stoke Space.
