Russian startup claims five-minute silicon wafer exposure

A Russian startup unveiled a multipath electronic lithograph project using a multicathode that generates multiple electron beams simultaneously. The built and tested multicathode could expose a silicon wafer in five minutes instead of two weeks, though a full lithography machine remains years away. Electron beam tips measure 1.5 to 2 nanometers wide.
