Lindsey Isaacs, 23, spent 13 days in jail, including 86 hours in solitary, after a Flock Safety camera placed her black Dodge Durango near an October 4, 2025 fatal crash in Volusia County. Florida Highway Patrol charged her with eight felonies despite witness reports of a different-colored vehicle. Prosecutors dropped all charges; she has sued the agency.
