Anthropic is adding watermarks to Claude-generated content to distinguish AI output from human work. The move follows 190 AI developers, including Google, Anthropic, Meta, and OpenAI, signing the EU AI Act's Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content. Indian authorities are also proposing amendments to address deepfakes.
