Runway launches Media Router for generative media

Runway launched Runway Media Router, a tool that automatically selects the best image, video, or audio generation model based on developer priorities for quality, speed, or cost. The router is available through Runway Dev, the developer platform launched earlier this month, which provides API access to third-party models alongside Runway's own.
