Google DeepMind released AlphaGenome Atlas, a 1-petabyte database predicting effects of all 9 billion possible single nucleotide variants in the human genome. The Atlas introduces the AlphaGenome Variant Impact (AVI) score, combining coding and non-coding predictions. Researchers at the Broad Institute used it to solve a DNM1 gene case.
