Vireo Growth to acquire C21 Investments

Vireo Growth Inc. will acquire all shares of C21 Investments Inc. in a stock deal. The acquisition adds three dispensaries and 104,000 square feet of cultivation capacity in Nevada. Vireo expects to operate 15 total dispensaries and 158,000 square feet of capacity in the state post-closing.
