Android 17 silently adds native support for the Low Latency High-Definition Audio Codec (LHDC) on Pixel devices. A Pixel 9 Pro user enabled Hi-Res audio on OnePlus Buds via Developer Options. Savitech previously stated Android 17 would support the codec natively.
