Tesla crosses major Unsupervised Self-Driving milestone

Tesla's Robotaxi fleet surpassed one million miles of unsupervised operation, announced at the Cybercab event in Austin on September 3. The total jumped from 380,000 unsupervised miles disclosed in late July during second-quarter 2026 earnings. Tesla Vice President of AI Ashok Elluswamy reported the milestone.
