Cate Blanchett Launches Human Consent Registry for AI Likeness Protection

Cate Blanchett's non-profit RSL Media released the Human Consent Registry, a free tool for people in the United States and the European Union to control how AI systems use their likeness. Users create a record with biographical information and choose an AI use consent level: Prohibited, Permitted with Terms, or Permitted. The registry generates a Human Consent ID that AI systems can check before training on a person's identity.
