14 new electric buses hit the road in Northumberland

Arriva deployed 14 new BYD BD11 battery-electric buses in Northumberland, funded by a £6.1 million investment. The buses will run routes 43, 44, and 45 between Morpeth, Dinnington, and Newcastle. The North East Mayor aims for all regional buses to be zero-emission within a decade.
