Legislative uncertainty harming fleet plans to go EV

Only 50% of European fleet operators now factor sustainability into planning, the lowest since 2023. 60% cite regulatory uncertainty, following the EU softening its 2035 CO2 target from 100% to 90%. 11% of UK businesses now expect a permanent role for petrol or diesel in fleets.
