Ford Integrates Apple Maps into $30K EV Pickup

Ford will embed Apple Maps into its upcoming $30,000 midsize electric pickup, using the MapKit for Automotive SDK for navigation and EV routing. The 2027 vehicle, built on Ford's Universal Electric Vehicle platform, will also leverage Apple Maps road-level data to advance BlueCruise hands-free highway driving, developed by Ford's Latitude AI team of 600 experts.
