Berlin cuts two ministries from network after breach

Berlin disconnected two state ministries from the government IT network after a security breach. The ministries for urban development and mobility were isolated Friday as a precaution. ITDZ Berlin was not affected. Employees lost email and internet access, disrupting housing benefit applications.
