Einride buys Flipturn for $38 million

Swedish electric trucking company Einride acquired EV charging startup Flipturn in an all-stock deal worth $38 million. The acquisition expands Einride's charging ecosystem as it scales its electric trucking business. Flipturn, founded in 2022, built an EV charging software platform. The deal is expected to close this month.
