Shepherd Lets Meta-Agents Fork and Revert Runs

Shepherd is an open-source Python substrate enabling meta-agents to fork, replay, and revert any agent run. It addresses long-running agents' state that transcripts miss, offering cheap recovery by jumping back to earlier steps instead of patching forward or restarting.
