Ming Shing Closes $110M Acquisition of PMA Nano Carbon Tech

Ming Shing Group Holdings (NASDAQ: MSW) closed the acquisition of PMA Nano Carbon Tech Limited for $110 million. The consideration was settled by issuing three unsecured convertible promissory notes to the sellers. The deal transfers all issued share capital of the British Virgin Islands company to Ming Shing.
