OpenAI's 'Project Lily' hires hundreds of contractors to manually review anonymized ChatGPT transcripts. Reviewers, called 'prompt reviewers,' judge response quality, checking for AI-speak, patronizing tones, and sycophancy. The process reportedly pays over $50 an hour.
