The Delhi High Court has asked OpenAI to respond to news agency ANI's appeal for a temporary restraining order. ANI argues OpenAI's use of its copyrighted content to train ChatGPT constitutes infringement. The court will hear the case on December 5. The appeal follows a July 24 order that refused ANI interim relief.
