Bizlink buys Blackstone's Interplex unit for $850M

Bizlink Holding, a Taiwanese manufacturer and Nvidia partner, agreed to buy Blackstone's Interplex ICT unit for $850 million in cash plus a $50 million earnout. The deal gives Bizlink access to Interplex Datacom's customer base in servers, networking enclosures, and wearables. It is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
