China Seizes Diverted F-35 Parts in Hong Kong

An Australian F-35 cockpit canopy and weapons-bay door sent to Lockheed Martin in the U.S. for inspection went missing after the cargo plane stopped in South Korea and was diverted through Hong Kong, where Chinese authorities took possession. The parts carry radar-absorbing stealth coating. China has not returned them; the Pentagon is working to retrieve the components.
