ServiceNow launched Flow, a conversational AI service desk that runs inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, letting employees request password resets or app access in plain language. It is free during controlled availability, with North American general availability targeted for Oct. 6 and EMEA by the fourth quarter. Pricing becomes consumption-based at general availability, and new customers can buy with a credit card.
