Cloudflare Rebuilds Containers for AI Agent Sandboxes

Cloudflare rearchitected its Containers platform for AI agent workloads, letting code pick each sandbox's image and instance type at runtime. Median startup fell from over four seconds to 648 milliseconds in ComputeSDK's benchmark, and filesystem snapshots entered public beta. The durable_object scheduling policy removes deploy-time configuration, so one Durable Object can launch Node.js and Python sandboxes side by side.
