Docker released Cloud Sandboxes, hosted microVM environments for running AI coding agents, extending its local Docker Sandboxes. Developers can move a sandbox between laptop and cloud with one command, enabling parallel long-horizon tasks. Docker also shipped Kits v3, now packaged as standard OCI images.
