Claude Code Session URLs Clutter Git History

Claude Code now appends session URLs to commit messages and PR descriptions by default, with no opt-in prompt. Users can suppress it via the attribution.commit setting in.claude/settings.json or a commit-msg git hook, but both are undiscovered. The feature request suggests making it opt-in.
