Parloa CEO Says Zalando Will Use Its AI

Parloa CEO Malte Kosub said Zalando will use its AI for customer conversations across Europe, but neither company has announced the deal and Zalando has not commented. Parloa raised $350M in January at a $3B valuation. The AI Act's Article 50, applicable since 2 August, puts the duty to disclose AI interactions on the provider.
