US Backs Musk Challenge to EU Fine on X

The US Department of Justice has filed an application with the EU General Court to intervene in Elon Musk's challenge to a €120m fine against X. The European Commission fined X in December 2025 over its paid blue check system, saying it deceives users. The DOJ argues the EU overstepped its jurisdiction over American companies.
