Vion sells foodservice arm to Group of Butchers

Vion Food Group is selling its foodservice division to Dutch meat-processing peer Group of Butchers. The deal covers Vion Food Service Holding, Salomon FoodWorld, and production sites in Großostheim and Holzwickede. Around 650 staff work at the division. Financial terms were not disclosed.
