Nuvei acquires Payoneer for $2.75 billion

Nuvei is buying Payoneer for $2.75 billion, paying $7.40 per share in cash. The combined company expects $3 billion in annual revenue, over $500 billion in payment volume, and more than 2.4 million customers across 190 countries. The deal aims to challenge Stripe by offering end-to-end payment services.
