Boeing Starliner to Fly Again in 2028

NASA and Boeing plan an uncrewed Starliner-1 cargo flight to the ISS in December 2026 or January 2027, with a crewed Starliner-2 in 2028. NASA will exercise options for a fifth and sixth flight and certify Vulcan after Atlas V retires. Boeing closed 19 of 21 in-flight anomalies from its 2024 crew test.
