Anthropic to watermark all processed AI content

Anthropic will watermark content processed by any of its models, not just generated output. The machine-readable watermarks comply with the European Union's AI Act, which requires watermarking AI-generated or manipulated media. New models released after August 2 must comply, with a grace period until December 2026 for older models.
