Linux 7.2 Raises LLVM Requirement, Adds ThinLTO

Linux 7.2 will raise the minimum LLVM/Clang compiler requirement. The release also adds support for distributed ThinLTO, a link-time optimization technique. These changes aim to improve build performance and enable more advanced compiler features for the kernel.
