Tesla FSD leads to speeding ticket

A Tesla driver received a speeding ticket while using Full Self-Driving in Standard mode. The car accelerated to 78 km/h in a 50 km/h zone. Tesla removed the driver's ability to report the bug through the voice command feature, killing the fix.
