Banned Polestar 3 Could Become a Volvo

The 2027 Polestar 3 is banned from U.S. sale after the federal government denied a Connected Vehicle waiver. Built at Volvo's South Carolina factory alongside the EX90, the model could be rebadged as a Volvo for the 2028 model year to keep the plant running.
