Ford Switches to Apple Maps for EVs

Ford will replace Google-based navigation with Apple Maps in its next-generation electric vehicles, starting with a $30,000 midsize electric pickup in 2027. The integration uses Apple's MapKit for Automotive SDK and will also provide road-level data for Ford's next-generation BlueCruise semi-autonomous driving system.
