India's defence ministry leased two more MQ-9B SeaGuardian drones from General Atomics in a ₹1,943 crore deal. The thirty-month lease covers upkeep and operational availability, bringing India's leased total to four. Delivery of thirty-one additional drones ordered in October 2024 is expected next year.
