Apple's standard iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e will feature 9GB of RAM, up from 8GB in A19-powered models, according to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. The A20-powered devices aim to support deeper Apple Intelligence integration in iOS 27. The A20 Pro-powered iPhone 18 Pro, Pro Max, and foldable iPhone will keep 12GB of RAM.
