TV motion smoothing fix makes action scenes crisp

The author adjusted the TruMotion setting on an LG C8 TV to a middle ground instead of disabling it entirely. Setting motion interpolation to a less aggressive level reduced choppiness in 24 fps camera pans without creating the soap opera effect. The change made action sequences look crisp again.
