Domain Search is now available through the Vercel CLI

Vercel shipped a `domains search` command in its CLI. Users supply a domain name and get availability and price results for all supported TLDs. The output shows purchase and renewal costs per TLD. Filters include TLD, sorting, and hiding unavailable domains. JSON output is supported.
