Tesla FSD EU Vote Delayed to December

The EU will not vote on Tesla's Full Self-Driving (Supervised) on October 6 as expected. The TCMV agenda lists only a discussion, pushing a bloc-wide decision to December at the earliest. Seven member states already allow FSD, covering about 53 million people, but Germany, France, Italy and Spain remain decisive.
