Mercedes, ProLogium Expand Solid-State Battery Testing Deal

Mercedes-Benz has strengthened its partnership with Taiwan's ProLogium, gaining priority access to test fourth-generation solid-state cells featuring a non-flammable inorganic electrolyte. Mercedes will run electrical, thermal and safety tests at its own and third-party facilities. ProLogium plans a Dunkirk, France plant with up to 44 GWh capacity to supply European customers including Mercedes.
