LG monitors install adware on Windows PCs

LG silently installs adware on Windows PCs when certain monitors are connected. The LG Monitor App Installer displays pop-up ads for McAfee antivirus and requires full system resource access. Affected models include the LG UltraGear 34GX900A-B and the three-year-old LG UltraFine 32UN880-B. LG's TV terms of service also require users to warn guests that their voices may be captured and processed.
