Solana Alpenglow Upgrade Hits Public Testnets

Solana's Alpenglow upgrade is now live on devnet and testnet, targeting 150-millisecond transaction finality versus 12.8 seconds today. Anza announced the devnet switch on Sept. 25, a day after testnet completed its transition. Mainnet launch is unscheduled and the speed target remains simulation-derived, not proven under live-market conditions.
