The Enforcement Directorate arrested Sukriti Foods promoter Kailash Chand Mangla on September 17 for allegedly manufacturing adulterated ghee worth Rs 96 crore using palm oil and chemicals, supplied to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams as Agmark Special Grade Cow Ghee.
