Zomato Adds Fee for Cash on Delivery Orders

Zomato has begun charging an additional fee for cash on delivery orders, with charges varying between Rs 5 and Rs 21 per order. The fee is separate from platform, restaurant, and delivery charges. Zomato declined to comment on the basis for the fee. Rival Swiggy has not yet introduced a similar charge.
