Vireo Growth Inc. completed acquisition of Bridgewell Agribusiness LLC. The company signed an asset purchase agreement with M3 Wellness for a Nevada dispensary. Vireo previously agreed to an equity deal with HA-MD for Maryland dispensaries. Bridgewell supplies organic and non-GMO food and agricultural ingredients to manufacturers.
