Hackers Weaponize Balochistan Police Portal in Espionage

SentinelOne disclosed cyber espionage by China- and India-aligned threat actors targeting Pakistani law enforcement from February 2024 to April 2026. Attackers compromised Balochistan Police's Complaint Management System to deploy implants like PlugX, ShadowPad, Cobalt Strike, and Remcos RAT. The campaign also hit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police, Islamabad Police, and Punjab Safe Cities Authority.
