SiMa.ai Raises $150M for Edge AI Chips

SiMa.ai raised $150m in a Series C round on Monday, valuing the San Jose startup at $1.45bn. Fidelity and Amplify co-led, with Dell Technologies Capital and J.P. Morgan joining. The company makes low-power chips for physical AI in robots, drones and cars, and will use the funds to scale its Palette Neat software and new hardware due in 2028.
